EzSEO Newsletter # 226
This week:
1. Google Analytics - what are your visitors clicking on?
2. Wordpress Tutorial - XX & XXI
Hi again
It’s another quick newsletter this week because I am still very busy working on Christmas sites, plus there is a lot of preparation for the imminent new arrival.
The three tutorials that are written for today’s newsletter (2 Wordpress tutorials + Internet Marketing Tips tutorial) are actually posted up on my websites, as that gives me the added bonus of being able to use screenshots to help explain what I am doing.
Let’s get on…

1. Google Analytics - what are your visitors clicking on?

Google Analytics gives webmasters a powerful set of tools for tracking visitors. The fact that it is free is incredible.
In this tutorial, I want to show you how you can use Analytics to see exactly where your visitors are clicking on your page. I used to use a dedicated script for this information, but it’s built into Analytics. Why is it important to know where visitors are clicking? Well I’ll explain that in the tutorial.
I need to use screenshots for this tutorial, so I have put the tutorial up on my Affiliate Minder website. You’ll find the review in my Internet Marketing Tips section.

2. Wordpress Tutorial - XX & XXI

Last time we looked at how to modify the CSS of our template to change the "display size" of the H1 header.
This week, I want to do two tutorials.
Firstly I want to look at how you can add a related posts section at the end of your posts. This is great for search engine optimization, as not only does this supply links to related content on your site, but it also provides inbound links to other pages on your site.
The other tutorial was inspired by the Google Analytics tutorial above. It shows how to remove the Gravatar link mentioned in that tutorial.
You can view all tutorials on the Affiliate Minder website.
Well, that’s it for this issue. If you want to read the recent issues of this newsletter, you can read them online at my blog:
