Hi again.

1. CSS Mini-series Part IX
—————————————————
This part of the course is now available as part of the CSS Tutorial PDF eBook.
—————————————————
2. Keyword Research Video Tutorials
—————————————————
This week, I released a fr.ee 8 day video tutorial course on Keyword Research & Handling Keyword Lists.
Since their release, I have had a number of emails like this one:
“Hi Andy,
Great videos. Only one problem…
I can not stand the suspense!!
Any way we can get access to the complete set?
Thanks for providing great learning materials,
Rick”
.. and this one ..
“Hi Andy,
Just a note to say “GREAT” Job on the videos… They are very informative and a true testament to your dedication and hard work! Looking forward to the next one .
Have a great weekend,
Sincerely,
-Ken ”
These were totally unsolicited emails, so I was very happy to receive them. The video course covers the following:
Day #1 – Wordtracker for Keyword Research
In this video, I’ll show you the exact same method I use to research my keywords at Wordtracker. Be warned that my method can result in 1000s of laser-targeted keywords for any niche (this video walks you through the steps I used to research over 2000 phrases for the niche of BBQs).
Day #2 – Nichebot 2 for Keyword Research
In this video, I’ll look at how you can use Nichebot 2, a relatively newcomer on the Keyword Research block, to research the same BBQ niche. I’ll show you how I found 6000 highly-related phrases in the BBQ niche, with next to no effort.
Day #3 – Importing Wordtracker data into KRA
This video shows how you can import Wordtracker data, with simple copy and paste, and a few clicks of the mouse.
Day #4 – Importing Nichebot Data into KRA
This video shows you how to setup KRA so that it can handle Nichebot 2 data (or data from any other keyword service that you use). In just a few clicks of the mouse, all 6000 phrases from Nichebot 2 are in KRA, and ready for you to work with.
Day #5 – Basic Filtering
This video shows you how to filter in Excel, and then perform similar tasks in KRA. You’ll learn that even the basic filtering capabilities of KRA are far easier and faster than a traditional spreadsheet.
Day #6 – Advanced Filtering
This video shows more advanced filtering of data. This is something that is either not possible in your traditional spreadsheet, or requires advanced programming of scripts to achieve.
Day #7 – Finding hidden niches within your research
This video shows you how KRA can dig out hidden niches in your data. This is a real eye opener!
Day #8 – A look at how I use KRA
In the final part of the series, I’ll show you how I use KRA to setup a new website. This is an insight into my own site building methods, and one that has worked consistently for me over the last few years.
You can sign up for these videos at the Keyword research lab.
Incidentally, if you own KRA, you can join my affiliate program and make 50% per sale. Just refer people using your affiliate link, and suggest they sign up for the video course. If they subsequently buy, you get the commission.

3. Creating Fat Content
—————————————————
Back in October last year, I released my “Creating Fat Content” Course, but only for 24 hours, an donly to subscribers of my newsletter. It has not been sold to anyone since.
The course was designed to help those having trouble writing quality content, and fully compliments my fr.ee “Creating Fat Affiliate Sites” eBook that you downloaded as a bonus when you signed up for my newsletter.
The days of putting up poorly written “garbage” articles and expecting to make some Adsense revenue are over. Poor quality sites are being dropped from the search engines, and are now just not getting indexed. You have to provide the user with quality, valuable information if you want your sites to survive and thrive. “Creating Fat Content” is a course that can help anyone create great content.
While I am planning to officially release it later this year, I have had a number of emails from subscribers who wanted to get their hands on the course now (some who missed the 24 hour sale in October, and are still waiting for the re-release).
If you are interested in more details of the course, you can sign up here (I have included a few comments from some customers who bought in October).
If there is a demand for a re-release, I’ll do it soon.

4. Protect your Business
—————————————————
Internet Law is a tricky business, and law suits against webmasters do happen. Everyone who creates a website should have the bare minimum of a “Terms of Use”, and “Privacy” documents on their sites. In addition, if you sell a product, you should have a “Purchase Agreement”.
Hiring a lawyer to produce these documents would be very expensive, and Internet law is a very specialised niche, so finding a lawyer in the first place is not going to be easy.
For the last few years, I have been using documents I bought from internetlawcompliance.com. This week, I tired a second product that came recommended by a friend. I have been very impressed by the range of legal documents you get with this product. There seems to be a legal document for just about everything I could ever imagine doing on my website.
It is worth reading the case studies on the sales page. They are there to shock you into buying, but they are real case studies, so you owe it to yourself to read them.
If you own a website, you do need legal documents on your site, and I can highly recommend this product.

5. Other Stuff

Good news for all you Overture Suggestion tool users. Overture Suggestion Tool is back.
**
Do you ever have problems getting an email through to someone? My advice is to try send them the email from a different email address. With increasing levels of spam, spam filters are installed on more and more computers, and users are blacklisting email address. If you accidentally (or not so accidentally) get blacklisted by someone, your emails may never get through.
Earlier this week, I was glancing down through the email headers that Mailwasher had marked as spam the other day, and found an email from a customer of mine. They had been blacklisted for some reason, and their emails were going unanswered. If I hadn’t of checked those blacklisted emails, they still would not have gotten through to me.
Since that first check, I have found a second customer whose emails have been filed away in my trash bin. I think there is a lesson to be learnt here
