Hi again.
I am a little pushed for time this week, so the next instalment in the miniseries on selling your own product online will be next week now (I also apologize in advance for any grammatical errors in this newsletter). I wasn’t going to write a newsletter this week, but there are a few important announcements, and one request for some help from you.

1. August Niche Blueprint Released
—— —– ——- ——- ——– —— ——- —–
The August Niche Blueprint has just been released. This niche is a real cracker, with some of the best statistics of any I have done so far. Here is the low-down:
Total Phrases: 3219
In this niche, I have identified over 800 Question Style Phrases representing over 5000 daily searches at Google. These are phrases that people type into the search engines that are actually questions, or requests for information.
They make ideal titles for articles on your site. They are the types of article, that if answered properly, provide really valuable information, and make your site “fat”.
Some general stats on keyword research
914 of these phrases have 5 or more daily searches, with less than 1000 competing pages in Google, representing 11,585 searches a day at Google.
552 of these phrases have 5 or more daily searches, with less than 100 competing pages in Google, representing 5,933 searches a day at Google.
429 of these phrases have 5 or more daily searches, with less than 10 competing pages in Google, representing 4,146 searches a day at Google.
93 of these phrases have 5 or more daily searches, with less than 0 competing pages in Google, representing 640 searches a day at Google.
This niche is ideally suited to Adsense or Affiliate programs, especially eBooks e.g. Clickbank.
This Blueprints comes with a list of 188 phrases that Google estimates as having a CPC of over $1. These CPCs rise to nearly $19 per click!!

2. Anti-spam services
—————————————————
This is just an observation really. I tend to get 30 – 40 emails a week from spam filter services saying something like:
“Sorry, your email has not been delivered. Please click the following link to verify that you are a human, and we will whitelist your email address”.
These services are great, but they do cause problems. When a company gets this type of “verification required” email, most will just delete them. Most companies are not going to spend time clicking links, entering a password etc etc just to get their email through. They will see it as the responsibility of the person using the service to whitelist their email accounts, and I agree.
So what does this mean to you if you are using one of these spam services?
1. Well, if you email a company for support, then replies to your support question will not get back to you.
2. You sign up for a newsletter, or report, or something you really want. The system uses a double opt-in, meaning you are sent an email that requires action from YOU. You never get it, so you never subscribe, or never get that report.
3. You get more frustrated as more and more people don’t appear to reply to your emails.
This is one of the reasons I went over to a support desk only. I don’t answer business related emails any more, in fact, I don’t even see most of them. All of the links for support to my site now point to my support desk. However, I still get the 30-40 verification emails a week, for people who have signed up for my newsletter. They never get the newsletter.

3. Wordtracker Competition Automator Updated
—————————————————
A few weeks ago, I recommended all Wordtracker users to have a look at this tool:
Wordtracker Competition Automator
Two things.
Firstly, there is now a demo version of this tool, so you can try it out. You’ll get details here:
Wordtracker Competition Automator
Well, for those who purchased it, there is an upgrade available. Ian tried to import your details into Aweber to send you notification of the update, but due to the double opt-in nature of Aweber, many have not received notification of the update. If you want it, please contact Ian.

4. Creating Fat Content Course
—————————————————
I am getting ready for the full, official release of my Fat Content Course. This course has been released twice before, but in both cases, for only 24 hours.
Since it’s first release, it has had a major update. I am currently writing the sales page, and should finish that this week.
This course compliments my fr-ee “Creating Fat Affiliate Sites” eBook, that you had access to when you sign up for this newsletter. If you didn’t download that when you signed up, you can do so by following the link to the bonus reports at the end of this email.
Whereas the fr.ee Fat Affiliate Sites eBook concentrates on the site as a while, and site structure, the “Fat Content Course” deals only with creating quality content to fill your site.
Both are big eBooks. The fre.e Affiliate Sites eBook is 172 pages, and the “Fat Content Course” manual is 230 pages (plus software).
This course should be on sale in the next couple of weeks.
If you want to be notified when the course is released, please sign up for notifications here:

5. New Polls
—————————————————
I would like your help in a couple of new polls I want to run in this newsletter. These two polls are:
1. What is your favourite keyword research tool/service.
2. If you could only keep one piece of software (besides your HTML editor) that you use in your online business, which piece of software would that be?
These are the two polls, but what I need are the choices.
Please send me your answers to these two questions, and I’ll create the two polls using the most popular answers I get back.
Well, that’s it for this issue. If you want to read the recent issues of this newsletter, you can read them online at my blog:
