I don't do any article marketing or link acquisition on the diabetic site at all - its a test site, and as such I don't work on it other than for testing stuff. Do you think that your sites need article marketing to bring traffic because your content is not ranking well in the search engines? You have to setup Wordpress and the site structure to make it SEO friendly, and then setup plugins to help things along. No theme that I know of is completely SEO friendly.
